You can pay for your online order at CPAPHub.ca with Visa or Mastercard credit cards issued from Canadian financial institutions.

CPAPHub.ca is Canadian owned and operated. All prices shown are in Canadian dollars.

Errors & Misprints

We do our best to have accurate information and pricing on our products and advertisements. However we reserve the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, including after an order has been placed. If your order was already placed and you were charged, the order will be cancelled and a refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Discounts

Discounts and other promotions may not be combined unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify or end any stated offers and promotions at any time.


Returns

CPAPHub.ca accepts returns on unopened products within 30 days of the original shipment date. However, a 10% returns processing fee will be deducted from the original cost, and the refund will be issued for the remaining amount. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. Opened products cannot be returned. Prior to returning any products, please contact us to obtain a return authorization number.

We understand the personal nature of CPAP products and make every effort to assist you in ensuring the right size and features of all items prior to purchase. If you have any doubts or questions about your order, please feel free to call us toll-free at 1-833-388-8222 before it is shipped.

Medical equipment, such as CPAP machines, APAPs, BiPAPs, humidifiers, and batteries, cannot be returned once the package is opened, regardless of usage hours. Any warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made solely by the manufacturer.

If you have received a defective product due to manufacturing defects, please contact us for troubleshooting. If the product needs to be returned, we will issue a return authorization number via email. No refunds or credits will be issued until we receive and examine the product at our facility. If any package arrives with missing items or is damaged in transit, please contact us within 10 days of receipt to make a claim. Opened products cannot be returned.
