Shipping Policy

All orders shipped by CPAPHub.ca within Canada are sent via Canada Post from Monday to Friday, except on holidays when Canada Post does not operate on weekends. Orders received after 2:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. We regret to inform you that we do not currently offer any international shipping options outside of Canada.  However, you can contact our clinic at 18-333-888-222, for further details.

Shipping promotions that require a minimum purchase amount will be calculated after discount(s) and before taxes. Please note that XpressPost and Priority shipping options may cost extra.

To purchase a PAP machine, a prescription from a sleep clinic or a family physician is required before shipment. If you have any questions or concerns, please call our toll-free number at 18-333-888-222. Prescriptions can be emailed to info@cpaphub.ca or faxed to us toll-free at 1-416-440-8030. Please note that masks and replacement parts do not require a prescription.

ResMed products are only sold to end-users residing in Canada and not to third parties or businesses.
